Tender Process
- This sponsorship opportunity will be awarded through an open online tender process. Interested companies and organisations are invited to submit their proposals and sponsorship bids for consideration.
(Exclusive three-year sponsorship opportunity)
The sponsorship will be awarded by tender, with a reserve price of R60,000 per annum.
The successful bidder will be appointed as Custodians' South African Main Conference Partner and Sponsor for the 2026, 2027 and 2028 conferences, with the annual sponsorship amount remaining fixed at the successful 2026 tendered value, for the full three-year term.
Tender submissions must include the following information:
- Company name and registration number
- VAT number (where applicable)
- Company website and social media links
- Company profile and background information
- The sponsorship amount offered (minimum bid: R60,000)
- Details of any additional value-added contributions, promotional opportunities, products, services or partnership benefits proposed by the bidder
- Full contact details of the authorised representative responsible for the submission
- Name and position of the authorised signatory
- Confirmation that the bidder accepts the sponsorship terms and conditions as outlined in this invitation
Incomplete submissions may not be considered.
Closing Date
All tender submissions must be received no later than 15 June 2026.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Custodians reserves the right not to accept the highest bid and will consider overall value, alignment with the organisation's objectives, and the benefits offered to conference delegates, members and stakeholders when evaluating submissions.
The successful bidder will be notified following completion of the evaluation process.
