1. Please make sure to read the standard terms and conditions
2. No viewing of lots allowed prior to the auction
3. 10% Buyers Commission + VAT applicable.
4. Items may be withdrawn or changed.
5. Reserve prices applicable on all lots.
6. VAT is applicable on all lots.
7. CdP Auctioneering Services requires immediate payment from the buyers against presentation of their invoice. Invoices will be sent out as soon as possible after the closing of the auction.
8. Payment must reflect in CDP’s account within 24 hours after the closing of the auction
9. CdP Auctioneering Services pays MHI and only after this payment reflects in the account of MHI, ONLY THEN will MHI release the items to be loaded.
10. Loading of items can take place by appointment and confirmation only. No loading will take place before 5 WORKING DAYS after the auction closes. Loading can be scheduled between Monday & Thursday (09:00 - 15:00).

12. ONLY drop side trailers or low beds will be allowed on site to make collections. NO containers will be allowed.
13. If the items are not loaded within two weeks after the closing date of auction the items will be removed from site and stored – both these costs for the buyer’s account. Only after the costs are paid, will the items be released.
14. Please note that th load out will be for the buyer, MHI will not have personnel or equipment to load out. Load out dates only 8-11 Dec
